good ideas... keep them coming.. right now i am doing kettlebell swings increasing by 5 every 3 days and also jumping jacks and crunches :)

May be body plank challenge. How long can we hold for each day.
How about push ups?

What are ideas on how we can challenge ourselves for the month of April.. such as each day doing an exercise, losing x number of inches you tell me your ideas... looking for creative and motiving ways....
