There is generally no particular time of day good for exercise. However, often personal circumstances dictate a best time.
In order not to have a lousy workout, I have to start exercising with enough fuel. For me that usually means snacking on a sandwich with enough carb load 2h before the lunch break. Sometimes I don't have time for exercise during lunch break, but then I will postpone my snacking 2h before the probable exercise time, which usually happens to be in the evening after work.
At a caloric deficiency, it is totally out of question for me to exercise in the morning.
You get that post-exercise metabolism boost at ANY time of day - the timing makes no difference. It is a myth that somehow exercising in the morning makes it last longer.

I have always been told/read/and so believed that exercising first thing in the morning was best. The idea that your body continues to burn calories at that heightened level while you are most active through out the day is the conventional wisdom which has been pounded into my grape.
That said, I usually have two sessions. Once at 530 am and then again approximately 12 hrs later. I feel like the afternoon/evening session enables me to sleep more soundly.

You have try exercising at different times to see what works best for you and your schedule. For me personally I'm a early morning person. I like to exercise between 4am - 9am in the morning. I base my workouts on my schedule. I particular do not like to exercise in the evenings.

The best time is relative to the individual. Optimal time is whatever time that you will consistently workout. I prefer mornings. But that's just my preference.

I start out in the morning because I break up my routines and usually finish in the afternoon.
I agree the best time is anytime. I know there's research that says this or that about timing but it's more about getting it done. I exercise in the morning and don't eat before ...science would slap my hand. But it makes my tummy feel icky because I don't have enough time to let the food settle. Find what works for you.

good idea to me I will use exercise 2 hour before bed .... .
You get the same benefits from working out at any time of day - go with whatever suits your schedule the best, as you are more likely to stick with it in the longer term.
However some people (not all) find it difficult to get to sleep while their body is still wound up from exercise. If this applies to you (it may not), then an evening workout is still ok, just get it in at least 2 hours before bedtime.
