Try low-impact exercises like using an elliptical at the gym. It doesn't impact your joints like running does. Other low-impact exercises include walking, swimming, yoga, and pilates. Good luck!

Try finding some exercises and activities that don't hurt your back and that you enjoy or at least don't mind doing. You don't have to run in order to lose weight, so try some different things out and see what you might like.

but i dont have a lot of motivation and no support at home. i hate running and i have back issues . if anyone would like to be a weight loss buddy id love it and also tips on making exercise not feel like exercise would be great. thankds
