i finally decided that i want to lose weight and be healthy. i am 250lbs. when i started a year ago i was 240lbs, i have gain 10lbs since i last checked this site. At 5'5" and 250lbs i realize its harder to move, i have a lot less energy, and I'm more self conscious about myself. i have trouble finding motivation and coming up with excuses why i shouldn't. if anyone would i like to friend or give words of advice and encouragement that would be so helpful. i really do want to exercise, lose weight, be healthy, and happy.
