with three kids and only my husband working and the nearest gym being half an hour drive away i can't afford to go to one....but that doesn't mean there aren't plenty of things you can do at home...i take the dog for a walk almost every day.....take the baby for a walk....i have a few videos i rotate through...an exercise ball...some light weights....there is sooooo much you can do on your own at home!!!! try a few new things at home and see if you can find something that you really enjoy!!

Think about how good your body feels after you work out! Even if you don't go to the gym, start off by doing some exercises at home, like crunches or push-ups. When I have zero motivation, doing a little bit makes me realize that it's still something, and then I can work up to doing more the next day.
