i thank you both, i was more or less joking about the rapid weight loss, my ortho only just cleared me to go back to walking yesterday, since i had knee surgery in july, i have been doing pt 2 times a week and they told me no walking, but he said i can start out slow, its been really hard to get a good calorie burn not being able to use my legs to exercise....

(These tips are mostly just for rapid weight loss, you will lose weight quickly but in the long run you will gain it all back even quicker. Do this for right now and then get on a healthy streak!)
Make breakfast your main meal of the day (eating the most calories/fats of the day during breakfast and less the rest of the day).
Drink water, water, water and nothing but water (herbal tea is okay but try to stay away from coffee espeically if you plunk in the sugar!) No sodas or fruit juices!
Eat Veggies during every meal and fruits during snacks... make sure the veggies cover 3/4 of your plate! (You actually burn calories while eating some of those greens!)
Stay away from carbs! No breads, butter, cheese... stay away from it all!
Get 8 hours of sleep.
Take long walks instead of killing yourself at a gym or trying to run it all off quickly. Walking not only is an excellent work out, but it also relieves stress. Wake up an hour early if need be, but get those walks in!
i need to lose as much weight as i can possibly lose by sept 9, haha, doctor is not going to be happy with me, diet and exercise is producing very slow results, someone give me a clue as to how to maximize my loss over the next 3 weeks, besides drinking water and sparking, i need a super clue....
