I totally agree! This time it's for good and we know that we can keep it up! I'm living it up as well- but being much more accountable. That's what makes the difference!

i truly do LOVE it. it used to be hell to me. i remember my previous diets where I couldn't eat anything I wanted to because I though that the "fad" diet would be it for me, it would get me thin and healthy and i'd stay there. atkins, for one, was the worst diet i've ever been on and definitely would not have worked out as a true lifestyle for me in the end. but now that i've made this into a lifestyle change and look at it differently, I am actually having fun with it! almost 10 pounds down (first time being in the 170's in a long time) and I still have been able to celebrate and enjoy myself with family and friends. this past month i went to six flags, had ice cream, ate a burger at applebees, drank a few on weekends, and had probably 2300 calories on the fourth and I am still able to lose 8 pounds in a month! What scares me, is that i would have been doing all of that stuff anyways, but with 1200 extra calories added on if i didn't start watching my food choices and calories. instead of a night of drinking amounting to 1900, it would have been easily 2400. six flags probably would have been a 2500 day or more. (i ended up only having 1600 that day) just had to share :) i bet there's a lot of you who feel the same way! we can still live our life even on a "diet"
