OMG....its more like I hate what I do over the weekend....I do GREAT alllll week.... then the weekend comes. I have a crazy work environment....I manage a walk-in hair salon....we get crazy I don't eat and then everything goes out the window. I will eat something that is ok for me but then I hear o you didnt eat enough to day....so i start to eat something then the eating never stops because i feel soooo gosh darn hungry again. Before the weekend I had lost another pound....now I'm back to my same weight i was last week....UGH! anyways....just needed to vent...and ask if anyone else has done this and what they do to control it!
