It happens to me, too.

I have been feeling so down because the weather is junky and so this weekend and last weekend I really went overboard.

Oh well today is a brand new day. Gonna put those two weekends in the rear view and get back on track.

I did it this weekend. Sigh. Had a great Saturday workout ate ok then on Sunday ate too much junk. Felt guilty all day and my body is really feeling the effects today.

OMG....its more like I hate what I do over the weekend....I do GREAT alllll week.... then the weekend comes. I have a crazy work environment....I manage a walk-in hair salon....we get crazy I don't eat and then everything goes out the window. I will eat something that is ok for me but then I hear o you didnt eat enough to day....so i start to eat something then the eating never stops because i feel soooo gosh darn hungry again. Before the weekend I had lost another pound....now I'm back to my same weight i was last week....UGH! anyways....just needed to vent...and ask if anyone else has done this and what they do to control it!
