Don't push your knee. I hurt my knee running a while back. I tried starting running again and it was to early, and I just hurt my knee worse. I would recommend trying some of the sitting workouts that the Spark has. Also, I would focus on upper body strength workouts. And talk to your primary care physician about your knee because you could have hurt it worse than you think.

Did you talk to your primary care physician or physical therapist for ideas? They run into this kind of stuff all the time and because they have a better idea about the type and extent of your injury they could provide you with the safest options. :)

Your happiness is up to you. Whatever happened in your life to make you who you are up until the point you realize this is irrelevant. It is your responsibility now to take control and change your life to be what you want it to be.

Energy and persistence conquer all things. Make time, not excuses.
