Are you starving for food, or is it something else? After you eat, will you still be starving. Think about it. If you are starving for food, eat something healthy. If you are starving because you are bored, lonely, mad, sad, or experiencing some other emotion, no matter how much you eat, you will still be starving. Address the hunger or the emotion that is causing you to be starving.

Take a few minutes to make up a sparkpage making it public allowing members to post a comment on it
Also dont forget to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined - lots of encouragement when you do
You mentioned you were hungry - go to the food tracker and log in all the food you have eaten today to make sure you have eaten within the proper range - then you can see what you can have to eat
