1. I am so glad you learn that you are seeing your doctor tomorrow for a complete physical. this is your first step. Are you getting adequate sleep. Sleep deprivation increases hunger greatly.
2. If everything checks out fine, then I would want to see your nutrition tracker. Let me know if you need the steps to make it public. Are you eating in your calorie, protein, and fiber range. What type foods are you selecting? Etc.

Okay first off please no judging, im at my wits ends here. Im not nor can I get pregnant anymore, I am stressed only because of my weight gain, im hungry all the time. Even with eating somewhat moderate meals including salads and rotissarie chicken for dinner, im still gaining weight and exefcise on my ellipitcal several days a week, I dont use regular sugar or drink sugary drinks, I drink water. I dont know why im hungry all the time?! Im going to the dr tomorrow to ask for help, but if anyone has any advice or encouragement id really appreciate it.
