If it is a recipe on, you can go to that recipe's page to add it to your tracker. However, there isn't an option to copy meal plan items from one day to another. I hope this helps!

I'm new and spending a lot of time inputting my food/meals into the tracker. Today I made a recipe (very lemony chicken) that was on my plan for a different day. Is there a way to move it over to today without entering each ingredient?
