I've been wanting to try Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred but I'm not sure how to track it on my fitness tracker. I've found that problem with a lot of exercise videos that aren't already on Spark People. Its both cardio and strength so I get confused, I'm sure it's a simple no brainer that I just haven't figured out yet. Thanks in advance!!
