I'm also trying to lose ten pounds. I'm 13 and the weight limit is 105 pounds...I'm at 116. So make that eleven. I lost two pounds recently ( emoticon ) which is a lot for me. I foloowed some routines and I am progressing.

It is impossible to have no fat as your body needs to have some fat. Have you had your body fat percentage checked recently? It sounds like you are already at a health weight and body fat percentage and may not need to lose any more weight. A healthy fat range is 21%-24% for women. It may be impossible for some people to reach lower percentages than that without going to extreme measures. Remember that women are genetically predisposed to store more fat around the belly and need minimum levels of body fat to be healthy and menstruate.

With that said, do your best to make sure you are meeting your nutrition goals and fitness goals. Additionally, changing up your workouts can help with breaking through plateau's.

hey! my name is bella and im 16. ive been trying to lose 10-15 pounds gained because i had a bad back injury a year ago. im a competitive tennis player and i constantly train and do fitness. i was wondering if anyone had any tips on pushing through a plateau and losing the last 10 pounds?! everyone i know thinks i look super fit and healthy, and i do too. but i want to get to no fat and totally lean. any tips on sticking with it? or eating ideas? fitness ideas?
anything will help! thank you!!!
