There is a glitch in SparkRecipes. When you initially create a recipe, there is a small box on the right where you can indicate serving size. However, after the recipe has been created, you can not go back to that small box and correct your serving size. The only thing you can do is add the correct serving size in either the cooking instructions section on the right side or add it to the intro. I've notified Sparkpeople staff about the issue, but it hasn't been resolved yet.

Just typing it at the end of the cooking instructions - "makes 4 one cup servings" or whatever it may be - is fine, as long as it's somewhere so people know.

Thanks for the reply Kristen. However there is no place in that area to enter a serving size, just number of servings. Regards

Mike

Click on "my recipe box" in the drop down menu of "my recipes," then click "edit" to the far right of where your recipe is listed, and then you can fix anything

Greetings, I have entered a recipe in the recipe calculator. Everything looks fine except the the serving size. The serving size pops up as 16 a meaningless number for soup. does anyone know how to fix it? I have put the proper serving size and yield in the comments. I would like to have it be correct before I share it.
