Brenda, it might help to buy a HR monitor. Because I use a lot of DVDs, I find that it is the most effective way to measure calories burned.

i would just mark each section for what it is if the one section is mostly yoga mark that many min of yoga it is a bit of a pain to break it up but i feel like it is the most accurate. . . if you haven't tried rachel brice videos i highly reccomend them especially serpentine and and the one for strength and flexability in arms and upper body

i teach belly dance classes and i add my warm up and cool down stretches that usually have a lot of yoga in them as light stretching and then add the time i am actually teaching dance as dance

what video was it? i catagorize rachel brice videos by each section like the yoga stretch part i add as yoga and the actual dance part as dance
