i liked reading the emails to get started. i read for a month before i ever worked out; i learned about eating, motivation and exercise and the importance of water. who knew?

Welcome, CAMEO2011 . I recommend you start on the "Start" page. On the right is a tab "How to Use this Site". Also on the Healthy Lifestyles tab is the SparkDiet, which is an overview.

Take your time and look around. There is a lot of info. Look through the SparkTeams, too.
