I agree with Coach Jen. For me, personally it depends on the type of exercise. I can eat lightly before a regular workout video. But if I am going running I need to eat pretty much nothing for 2 hours or so leading up to it or I get awful side stitches. You'll have to experiment a bit. Personally, I like to work out smack in the middle between two meals (mid morning or mid-afternoon).

That's really an individual question b/c everyone is different. Most people like to leave a few hours between a meal and exercising, but others can eat soon before exercising without a problem. I'd recommend experimenting to find out what works best for you.

I really wants to know how much time gap needed before and after exercise once can have a food( breakfast or lunch or dinner)?
