I have my goal set at 75 min a day, 6 days a week. I don't always make it, but that's what I'm aiming at.
Personally I've noticed a huge difference in the speed of gaining fitness when exercising more than a hour a day than when exercising only about half that. It's all to the good, though, whatever the duration.
I do 2 hours of cardio and 2 hours of ST a week. My cardio minutes will increase when I start running more when the weather cools down (its been a looooong hot summer her in NZ!)
Nancy, I'm confused. There are multiple threads similar to this one on both the fitness and the nutrition boards, but this one actually seemed like a question, not a game like many of the others. Why is this poster being asked to post these in the cafe thread in future?

My target is 300 min ea. week. It doesn't always happen, but it is what I aim for...cardio most days and 2-3 days of full body ST.
