It varies for me. Varies a lot. Sometimes I'm hungrier at mealtimes than others. If my meals are on the small side, all of my meals are more like snacks and I eat 6-8 times total. If my meals are larger, I might not have any snacks at all.
I always have 2 or 3 snacks planned. Whether I eat them or not depends on if I get hungry between meals or after dinner. My snacks are fruit 95% of the time. Today I've planned grapes, watermelon and cantaloupe w/cottage cheese. I've already eaten my cantaloupe snack. I'm having a second cup of coffee right now, which wasn't planned but barely makes a dent in my daily totals.

I eat one snack per day - during the week when my breakfast is really early, I eat my snack in the morning, but on the weekends when I can sleep in a bit, I eat my snack in the afternoon.

It depends on my intake- if I have a big breakfast I don't have a snack and just eat lunch. If not, I have a small snack mid morning. I work out in the afternoons so I have a protein shake after!
