wow I was looking at my tall glasses thinking I needed 8 of them which I am not able to make myself do. wow now that I know the ounces I was actually making my water intake hmmmmmm why didn't I think of this one sooner? :) One of those moments.................
hehehe - the smarta$$ would say - it depends on the cup.
But yes. 1 cup = 8 oz. I hope I don't skew the topic but I realized that I can drink more water if it's in a large bottle in front of me than in mugs or glasses. My water bottle fits 3 servings (3 cups =24 oz.) of liquid. WOOHOO!
