"How many ounces equals one SparkPeople cup of water?"

LOL @ "one SparkPeople cup"

A cup is eight ounces... nothing special to SparkPeople!

hehehe - the smarta$$ would say - it depends on the cup.

But yes. 1 cup = 8 oz. I hope I don't skew the topic but I realized that I can drink more water if it's in a large bottle in front of me than in mugs or glasses. My water bottle fits 3 servings (3 cups =24 oz.) of liquid. WOOHOO!

There are always 8oz per 1 cup of water.

You'll never regret the workout you do, only the one you don't.
