My longest run so far is a half-marathon, so 13.1 miles. I've just started training for my first full, though, so in October, that number will be 26.2!

I wear a pedometer and aim for at least 10,000 steps/day 6 out of 7 days. That's about 5 miles and I usually get 12,000 - 14,000 steps

I walk so much that mine depends on the day. some days it's 5 miles and others can be 3. I have walked 10 miles in day and that's when I walk down to visit my sister and walk home.

I normally walk 5-7 miles each day, every day. I love walking.

My longest walk is 20 miles. I do that each year as part of a charity walk in Boston called the Walk for Hunger. It's something I've done for a few years now.

My longest run is a half marathon, 13.1 miles. Would like to do another half this year, but I have to wait to see how my injuries heal. lately, I've been doing 5ks for fun and a cool t-shirt or medal.

I use to walk 4 miles almost everyday. Now I'm walking 1-2 miles a day my goal is 14 miles.
