I have been doing Shred I since 11/16. I keep tracking it as High Energy Aerobic like P90x and it says I am only burning 181 calories. It feels like so much more. Should I be posting it on something else?
I was curious about this also and I do not have a HRM, so I looked through other forums and one lady posted that she weighs 189 pounds and burned 190 calories on level 1 (20 minutes).
Given that I do not have a HRM and will probably not get one before I start the program, I will use that number as it is close to my weight.

What kind of HRM do you have? I want one like that. Are you sure you're not thinking of Banish Fat Boost Metabolism? 30 Day Shred is really short, with strength training and floor work. BFBM is all cardio and it's definitely possible to burn that many calories. But 30 Day Shred at your weight, sorry, but no way.
I used my HRM for the first time the other day doing this exact work out and I only burned about 150 calories in 20 minutes. I am pretty active though and have done some of her other videos so I feel this was a reliable number. Everybody is different!
My heart rate monitor is accurate, sometimes. I've used in in conjunction with the HRM on the treadmills and ellipticals at my gym and they are usually within the same amount, maybe 50-60 calories off. However, sometimes when I wear it during my spinning classes, after 50mins of spinning my butt off and getting off the bike completely drenched in sweat, my HRM will tell me I only burned like 140 calories which I know is impossible. For the most part my HRM is pretty accurate. And with the 30 Day Shred, you're constantly moving with no rest and doing jumping jacks, jump roping, butt kicks, and punches and I was wiped and dripping in sweat when I was done. 343 is probably off, but I wouldn't think by more than 40-50 calories. All depends on the amount of effort you put in as well.

343 calories is VERY, VERY high for a 20 minute workout at your weight. Are you sure your HRM is set up correctly? I did Shred at 130 pounds and didn't even burn half that amount. I'm sorry, but something is not right.
Since calorie burn varies from person to person, you might try logging this as circuit training. I've read a lot of messages like this one and it seems like Sparkers log it as circuit training most of the time. Hope this helps.
