since i started doing yoga and ballroom dance regularly (for 5 years now) people have commented that my posture is much, much better. I would recommend these activities both for men and for women.

I notice that the stronger I'm getting, the better my posture is naturally. I've always had terrible posture, but it's slowly improving.

I was told once to stand tall and pull in my stomach and then tie a string around my waist and it works. When I get forgetful about remembering to stand tall, I put a string around my waist.
