Yeah, I'm with Nanley. If you're doing a video, a generic entry is probably the simplest way to go.

I would probably just log it as generic strength training with whatever length of time you did it for.

I have a dvd that has 10 min 20 min and 30 min ab exercises and they do a little bit of everything I think

What kind of abs? Do you mean ab exercises? Just search for the kind of exercise you did (crunches, planks, etc) and enter the information for it.
