thanks, I guess it is working for me and I am meeting my daily needs. I have to get sodium in check because that always seems higher than what it should be and I never use salt so I am gathering it is in the food I am eating. It does seem to be working though because I have lost 9 lbs in 3 weeks. which to me is wonderful. emoticon

I very rarely eat snacks, I'm usually plenty full from my meals.

I think you should do what works best for you. As long as you're staying in your recommended calorie and nutrient ranges for the day and you feel satisfied, there's no reason you should have to add a snack in between meals if you don't need it.

they say you should have 2 snacks however I have found that through my whole journey I am only able to eat one snack as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner and that is usually mid afternoon. I am usually full from breakfast to lunch and dinner is usually at 6 pm so I do not eat anything afterward. should I be forcing myself to have a piece of fruit or veggies between breakfast and lunch even though it is only 3 hours between the two?
