I don't like black beans other than ground up in the occasional veggie burger.

I saute zucchini, mushrooms, onion and garlic. Add a small can of diced tomatoes (I like the chipolte flavored ones) then add a small can of black beans. I eat it over brown rice with a little grated cheese, preferably fontina which gets very melty. Yum. This will give me about 4 meals. Sometimes I make this with other kinds of bean but I think I like the black ones the best.

black bean & ham soup, rinsed on a salad, as is, add some salsa & shredded cheddar, in scrambled eggs, on a burrito, with chips & salsa I love black beans!

I can no longer eat beans of any kind because I have gastroparesis, but before I developed that (it was caused by radiation I had to my spine), I use to love black beans. I would use them in salads, to top baked potatoes (along with some salsa and a little cheese), and I would use them in taco filling instead of meat. I also use to add them to chili.

I just made black bean chili last night. In the summer I make a great black bean, corn, onions, tomatoes, green peppers salad with a balsamic vinegar dressing.

Hmmm...I don't think that black beans and black SOY beans are nutritional equivalents.
You can order black soybeans from Amazon in a bunch of different forms/sizes/weights. You can also find them on Vitacost for $1.99 a can.

I have some black beans in a tortilla with cheese, avocado and tomatoes any time I have no time nor energy to cook dinner. I usually have a plain yogurt with that.
Fairly simple - heat up tortilla in a pan (may use some oil or just spray), warm up 1/2 cup of beans, put beans and .5 oz of shredded cheese (more or less), put back in the pan to melt cheese ...add avocado and anything else. Or make a salad to go with it.
I eat re-fried black beans on a salad with ground turkey, toasted sesame oil dressing and salsa

I like to heat mine up with some salsa and add some chicken, onion tomatoes and some cheese. Or just salsa and chicken. Or I make chili beans with black beans, light and dark kidney beans and the other chili stuff. I've also put them in soup and salads. I've never had the black soy beans.

I saw on Dr Oz that black soy beans are good for you but I can't find them so I can find just plain ole black beans so how do you eat them?
