I can't drink much caffeine, so I usually stick to green tea, which I drink straight. When I do get coffee (which I love, and miss!), I usually do cream and sugar, but I'm trying to cut back on adding sugar. I had my first-ever non-sugared latte this weekend and felt so proud of myself. :-)

I don't drink coffee much these days (tears up my stomach something fierce) but when I do, it's regular old cream and sugar. When I drink tea, how I drink it depends on where I am. If I'm at the local British tea room, it's two lumps of sugar and a splash of cream. AT home, it's a teaspoon of honey.

I like tea. :) A lot.

Decaf only -- with Splenda and heavy cream (I am on a low carb plan). Occasionally, I add a sugar and calorie-free, flavoured syrup, when I can afford them. LOL
