At the top of your fitness page where you add strength and cardio there is a quick track minutes. You put the activity and the minutes you did the activity. it's also available from your start page.
I add yoga as power yoga but it's more for flexibility and strength, not so much for cardio.

Ok- this might be silly but what is a quick trackand how do I find it? I did see that the Baptiste Power Yoga is available under the cardio... but not other yogas. :(

Yoga does not count as cardio most of the time, so I just add it to my Quick Track on the main page. Doing this will not add calories burned, but it will add fitness minutes for you each month.

I just started today and am having some trouble figuring out how to add a yoga session into my fitness tracker... does anyone know how to do this?
