Thank you for your help. I am trying very hard to stick with this, it is fun playing around on this site but I haven't lost any weight yet. I have only been on it for 6 days and thought I had lost 2 pounds but today those 2 pounds were back so I'm back to square one. I'll keep trying though. I'm sure I need to exercise more, but that is harder than dieting for me...
You can also make sandwiches and other things under "food groupings" which enables you to have your frequently eaten "food groups" right at your fingertips. This works well for sandwiches I eat on a regular basis.
It is also a very similar process in the recipe calculator on the recipe site. When you click on the add an ingredient button, you will see the link to enter a food not listed. Once you enter and save the item, you can choose it from the drop down menu of your favorites in the add an ingredient box.
When I want to have a food that is not listed in the "add foods not listed" how do I go about adding that to my meal. For example I wanted one of the Kelloggs special K choclate protein drinks for breakfast but it wasn't on the list. How do I add that?
