Hello i just started spark people this month but started my weight loss journey in feb of 2013.i am very limited to work outs.im trying to stay motivated with the work outs i do.i walk, jog in place, push my kids in the stroller, walk the stairs and i have one work out game for the ps2....i sometime use cleaning as a work out depending on how hard i work.i guess i need more work out ideas.i have asthma and bad knees.i dont have internet or money for a gym.im on my phones internet.so if any body can help me please do.i started out weighing 188 in feb and now im weighing 170.im 5'0" 25years old and of course a female.
