I've used the seated exercises when I think I'm "too tired" to exercise at night. They can kick your buns......in a good way!!!

I had surgery on my foot in 3 different places...give yourself time to heal...A exercise bike will work well....also chair exercises would be good .

i just had bunion surgery and i know that i shouldn't be doing anything on my feet for a few weeks, but i'm afraid that i'll gain wait from not doing anything. is there anything i can do to still try and get a decent workout?
