The article is a great one!!! Very informative! I try to limit any alcohol consumption to once a month and only having a glass or two, especially while I am working on getting to my goal weight. I know personally alcohol helped contribute to the majority of my weight gain along with terrible eating habits and not working out. It definitely works against the body!!!

I think alcohol consumption definitely affects weight loss negatively. It's a really lot of calories that is processed as sugar and it can increase your appetite the next day. For myself I allow myself wine only 1 weekend evening each week if I drink it at all. Maybe if you like wine you could try mixing it as a spritzer with club soda and a cherry or something like that.

I am posting for my Day 11 challenge. A little behind on my daily challenges and trying to catch up. My questions is how does alcohol effect weight loss if you count the calories. I have found if I have a glass wine or light beer I do not loose weight does anyone else have this probleem
