Someone just posted that they were starting the "No S diet" today on facebook, and then I read it on here. Maybe the Universe is wanting to tell me something. I've been in this process for three years, and I recently fell into a slump. I started the recovery process, but I want to try something different diet wise. Thank you for posting.

I'm hoping it's okay I post the link to a blog I wrote about my weight loss during my 3-year journey using the No S diet to combat bingeing. I know some people are helped by looking at the long view.
