Hello everybody, I am very new to trying to lose weight. This I hope will work. It seems to be very helpful and for the first time in a long time I am excited about getting started and trying all the great recipes. Trying to figure what to make for dinner each night is a real struggle for me and I have looked into some of the recipes here already and they look great. My whole family will be pleased for a change...Also it is nice to have support. Most everyone around me is skinny and do not relate to my struggle. My brother owns a Fitness/martial arts business and is concerned about my health. But he himself has never had a weight struggle.
