Excellent! The grocery stores sure don't make it easier, do they, putting all that sugary stuff right at the door where you can't avoid it at all! Mine even markets doughnuts in produce, grrrr. Good for you for walking away!

emoticon for walking away from them! There are a few things I always say to myself when I encounter a tempting goodie: "Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels" - over and over til the urge passes. Also "Is a moment on the lips worth a month on the hips?" NO - NO - NO!!!!
If you do think about them, they're really not THAT good. Just keep on believing that. And may God bless your success on this journey we all share. emoticon

ok. i had to get this out so i feel better about this. i was grocery shopping earlier and *sigh* passed the Entemann's Donut stand. *hangs head* and they have a St. Patty's green sprinkle chocolate covered donut. *dies* and i walked away. i briefly made eye contact with them. but i was strong and picked up my pace in the opposite direction. ugh! it was rough. it may sound dumb but it really was. and now that i am home, i am feeling so glad that i was able to walk away. :) yay.
