HI, Sasha! A 50# loss in 4 months is probably a little agressive, but did SP help? It still does!

Jaynee-Pacific Time Goal reached with 130# loss, 138# total loss

Exercise, eat, track, repeat!!

Hi Sasha, SP has been a blessing to me. It keeps me accountable and motivated. I have lost 8 pounds in the last three weeks and for the most parts it has been as a result of SP. The motivational stories are quite encouraging. Further, the points that you earn keeps you going and you learn as you earn. There are great recipes and the excellent videos. I wish you all the best and please try and log in as often as you can. Just keep going even though you may have setbacks, don't give up. You can do it!!!!

I use to not care about my weight i was a size 10 now im a size 16 after 3 kids in under 2years i have twins and a singelton i just cant seem to lose the weight i want i just want to feel like me again i feel horrible pls help me with tips and food stuff im 210pounds my aim is to b 170 in june.
