Welcome to SP. The journey is not easy, but thoroughly worthwhile.

my name is kayleigh i am a mum of 2 and i never struggled with my weight until i turned 19 and had the implant (birth control) when i met my current partner. at the time i only had 1 child whom i gave birth to at the age of 18, while i was pregnant i had the tiniest baby bump even at 40+5 when i had her my tummy went right back to normal (my picture below is 8 months after) my daughters dad was violent towards me for 3 years but we were only a couple for 2.5 years, he lived with us coz he had no where to live but the last straw was when he kicked my front door in my face when skye was 11 months old. i then met my current partner and a after a few months we got serious and i felt comfortable with him we would finish work and grab a takeaway, i dont like food waste its how i was bought up and id eat every bit although i felt like i was going to burst, and added a glass or 2 of wine each night to relax and sat watching a dvd or film rather than giving time for my food to settle and do a workout. i then started to pile on the pounds and i gave up smoking so i curbed my cravings with food . now from 51kg-74 i am finally going to stick to a weightloss program and enjoy every minute of becoming a smaller me i have lost 5 lbs in 6 weeks and i aim to keep going until i have met my goal weight of 60kg and I'm keeping to that weight i want to fit into all my old jeans that i have kept and i cant wait ill post pics of myself now and each time i feel i have lost enough weight to notice x atm i have no friends on here to keep me motivated but I'm sure most of you will be happy to help i will do the same for you x we have to work hard and please ourself by being the better version of us x x x
