Thats great, congrats!! Its wonderful not feeling guilty after I eat, and atill having a full bwlly! I peeked at the scale today (2 days early) and it said I lost 5 lbs.. I tried to push it to thw back of my mind because im early and I think its quite impossible to l os e that much that fast, so ill check again officially on wed.

AHARTOBEY, I feel the same way! I joined about two weeks ago, I've lost 9 lbs, I have a hard time staying above my calorie requirements because I am satiated, and I have also been finding this journey to be somewhat "easy." I'm going to be optimistic and say that maybe we are doing something right! We shall see anyways. Best of luck to you on your weight loss journey, and welcome!

Hi, I'm new.. ive been using sp for almost a week and I hope I'm doing everything properly bc its been pretty easy and helpful so far. I am using a dieticians plan for me and I haven't been too hungry which makes me think somethings wrong.. most days I'm below my goals, except the fat portion which may be why but I'm trying to come up with ways of fitting the foods I like into my life in a smarter way. My weight loss goal is 74 lbs and I cant wait to see if ive been doing this right or not :) anyway, hello!!
