It is hard when you start out but try to stick with the tracker. Remember it is all about portion control

Good luck

Hello and Welcome!

If you haven't done this already, you can turn the meal plans on from the nutrition tracker and use it as a guideline through your day for suggestions.

Good luck reaching your goals!

Be well,
Kelly

my second day on this weight loose journey and I am really shocked that my so called healthy meals I have been eating has not been great at all. I am so scared to eat carbs although I still do but the pie charts said that I should be eating 50 percent carbs. any help on this would be great!
