FitBit has a great web site and you might want to check it. If it were me, I would use the FitBit just for my steps and do minutes on the elliptical and stationary bike. I had one for a couple of months before I dropped it in the toilet! Be careful! I have heard of people who dropped their phones in the toilet but this was my first experience. I had a FitBit One because I wanted to log my sleep and I didn't replace it. I loved it while I had it.
