Attitude is so important to a healthy lifestyle! I like how you went to WILL succeed! The trick is maintaining that motivation when the weight loss slows down or when you struggle with challenges and temptations. So I'd say stick with Spark People for the long term!

well once again im in the zone trying to loose weight with a goal of 3 stone been on the scales today and i had lost 7lb {which im very pleased about} only another 30 odd to go but im going to do it and i also know a lot of that was water but im hopeing that now ive got me mind set on doing it that i will suceed no i correct myself I WILL SUCEED!!!!!!! im walking to work twice a week execiseing with my wii 5times a week and going on vibe plate 5times a week so hopefully i will loose 2ib at least a week
