ok, I finally figured out how to post at least right here. Sorry if I am a little slow at this.
My name is Deb, I am a great- grandma from Mn. I haven't been on Sparks in a really long time. I am still not any good at losing this weight, that is why I am back here. emoticon
I do yoga once a week, this is my 8th year at it, love it. But still to lazy to do it at home alone. I also go to a "bone builders" class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. i have forgotten all time the it takes to be here on Sparks, but if I won't be here , then I would be on-line playing a silly game instead. So I choose "SPARKS. emoticon
