It tells you one cup but you can change the number to two by deleating the one and putting two

i need help pleas i just started and was told to eat 1500 to 1800 cals a day but even with the foods i pix to eat is still way below those numbers. example i put cheerios for breakfast but it only lets me add i cup on my planner what if i want 2 cups how do i do this so i can get my cal count up .thanks
