Maybe more protein and fewer complex carbs. I make sure I eat quite a bit of protein for breakfast along with a few carbs, but only veggies and fruit for carbs the rest of the day (with a serving of protein)

Slow and Steady Wins the Race!

Healthy eating is the end goal. Losing weight is a bi-product of it.

any advice on what works best for others would be very much appreciated. i am losing weight but find i am hungry and thinking about food ALL day long. is there some type of food that would be more filling but not high in cals or fat that may be incorperated into my daily intake. thanks in advance
