Welcome to Sparkpeople! I started my Poundage Plan because the osteo was so bad in my knees that I could barely walk. Within weeks of my exercise program, the pain decreased. Within a few months, surgery was no longer needed. 1 year later I was at goal with a weight loss of 135# and today I hit my 1 year of maintenance. I will be 57 on the 23rd.
When I first started, I used the stationary bike because it was no impact. I also iced my knee for hours afterward, then went back the next day and did it again.
I recommend that you join a Sparkteam for those with arthritis (look under the community tab above for Sparkteams) and search the videos for exercises. You can do this!

I was diagnose with osteoarthritis on my right knee and I go to rehab but I would like to find a video for other workouts for my condition
