There is a seach box titled "What did you do today".

Enter the relevant activity, and a box should pop up allowing you to enter the duration, and Spark will calculate the rest.

Alternatively, there is a link just to the right of the search box allowing you to enter your own information.

ok so i have done all that, and i see where it says calories etc on the bottom but there is no where for me to imput my info, what am i missing here ? lol

At the top of every page, there is a tab titled "My Trackers". From there, follow the link to My Fitness, and you can enter your exercise calories from there.

Hi I'm new here was wondering if anyone could tell me how i can input my calories I've burned for the day?
