Set a small goal and do it. Day after day. Like drinking 8 cups of water per day and tracking it on this site.

After some success, add another small goal.

Repeat.

Man, i feel so down on myself right now. I am fat, inactive, and unemployed. I need to pull myself out of my pity party and do something about it. but where to begin?
