All you have to do is start. If you really use SP and read a lot of articles, you will see that fitting even 10 minutes of fitness in during the day will help. On days when I can't get my normal routine in, I really go for that. I might do a quick 10 minutes of yoga, or pilates, or a couple of routines I have found in other places (SP has some too!) that take about 10 minutes. Or go for a walk with my toddler. (I push her in the stroller.)
What you want to do, lose weight, it isn't easy, but you CAN do it.
ALso, I understand the sad/wanting to eat issue. I would wager a bet that most of us on SP also understand. You just need to really start tracking all of your food, and then beyond that, try to make wiser choices with food you buy. Stop buying the easy snack foods that don't help you make smart choices.
don't know what to do I have no motivation but realize how much weight have gained. Im tired and sad I'm a single mother to a little boy. When I get sad all I want to do is eat. I joined a gym but never go. All I do is work and take care of my son ill be 30 in sept. And wanted to start my 30's with a great start. I feel like this is not the body I'm supposr to have and I knw when Iose weight Ill feel better bout myself
