I usually just add to my fitness tracker as circuit training for 30 minutes and I figure that's probably the closet I'm going to get. If I do her shred video I only log 25 minutes since they are a little bit shorter. Hopefully you can find someone who can help.

I am doing Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30. I do not have a HRM so I was curious if anyone knows how many calories I would burn during week 1 of ripped in 30. I am 5'10, 198 lbs, sometimes i fluctuate back to 200 lbs. I know an HRM is my best bet, but I just need a close estimate to type in for today on my fitness tracker and will probably buy an HRM next week.
